Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to the complex regulations surrounding e-cigarette products, please check your local customs laws before placing an order. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that all products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from original manufacturers or authorized distributors. Most products come with a scratch-and-verify security code on the packaging.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bank Wire Transfers (T/T), and some cryptocurrency payments (USDT/BTC). Please note that we cannot accept PayPal for e-cigarette transactions due to their internal policy.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location. Typically, Express Shipping takes 5-10 business days, while Standard Shipping may take 15-25 business days.
Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
For international shipments, tracking may not update until the package passes through customs or reaches a major sorting hub. Please wait 3-5 days after receiving your tracking number.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 3-month to 6-month warranty (depending on the brand) for mods and batteries. Please note that atomizers, coils, and e-liquids are consumable items and are not covered under warranty unless they arrive DOA (Dead on Arrival).
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue. We will guide you through the troubleshooting or replacement process.
